15 graduates complete Lake Land College and NAL Fast-Track Tech Program

Lake Land College, in coordination with North American Lighting (NAL), recently celebrated the graduation of 15 students from the first cohort of the NAL Fast-Track Tech Program.

The NAL Fast-Track Tech Program, which began Oct. 7 and was housed at Lake Land’s Eastern Region Center in Marshall, provided students with a variety of industrial technology skills including shop safety, applied mathematics, and robotics and automation control. The 16-credit-hour certificate earned by the students will also count toward an associate degree from Lake Land College.

This partnership is just one of many programs Lake Land College offers businesses to help them expand, grow and improve efficiencies. Customized training programs available through the Center for Business and Industry, allow the college to meet individualized needs of regional companies.

The graduates are as follows: William Adams, Charleston; Daniel Gard, Martinsville; Paul Grubb, Charleston; Paul Harden, Paris; Chris Hickman, Paris; Anthony Holloway, Paris; Zachariah Huddleston, Charleston; Larry Lowry, Paris; William Magers, Paris; Cody Morris, Paris; Steven Potter, Paris; Dale Sarrazin, Paris; Tyler Smith, Terre Haute, Ind.; Noah Truelove, Marshall; and Brandon Waugh, Marshall.
