Artsy Chic Studio's Art Camp

Looking for an exciting summer program that promotes exploration and creativity? Try Artsy Chic Studio's Summer Art Camp for kids ages 5-9. We will experiment with different forms of art where campers will draw, paint, create, and also try their hand at some outdoor painting fun! Aprons will be provided, but make sure to dress in clothes that can get messy. We will have an art show in the classroom the last day of camp showcasing all their work from the week. All projects can be taken home on the last day of camp!

This course teaches children to use verbal assertiveness and several non-violent self-defense techniques to stay safe if physically assaulted. Activities include interactive methods of teaching about emotion, group pressure, personality, our senses and perceptions, culture, memory, and being open-minded. Grades 5-8
