What it is
A Transcript Evaluation is an official degree audit to determine courses needed to complete a specific degree or certificate program. This official evaluation includes any applicable credits that have been earned at Lake Land College, courses transferred in from another college or university, and military credit that applies to the student's current program of study.
What you need
If students are using credits from another institution, they must have official copies of all transcripts on file in the Lake Land College Admissions and Records Office.
How to complete
- Complete and submit the online Transcript Evaluation form. This form is also available in the Admissions and Records Office or at the Effingham Kluthe Center.
- Enter your information into each designated field.
- Students must select a major in order for the evaluation to be processed.
A copy of your evaluation will be mailed to you at the address indicated on your request.
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for processing.
