Sending Mail

New Message Toolbar

In the new message window, a toolbar (Figure 1) will be available with the following options.

  1. Send – Click to send message.
  2. Save – Click to save a draft of a message
  3. Print – Click to print a copy of the message.
  4. Insert Signature – Click to insert a signature
  5. Check Spelling – Click to check spelling in message
  6. Add Attachment – Click to add attachment to message.
  7. Check Names – Click to check e-mail addresses are correctly input into the boxes.
  8. Importance High – Click to add high importance to a message
  9. Importance Low – Click to add low importance to a message.
  10. Options – Click to change message settings and tracking options

Using Contacts

  1. On the button bar, click Contacts.
  2. Double click on the contact you wish to send an e-mail.
  3. The contact page will display for that contact.
  4. Click Send Mail to Contact button on the Toolbar.
  5. A new message will appear with the contact in the To box.
  6. Type the subject line and message. Click Send when done.
