Sending Mail
New Message Toolbar
In the new message window, a toolbar (Figure 1) will be available with the following options.

- Send – Click to send message.
- Save – Click to save a draft of a message
- Print – Click to print a copy of the message.
- Insert Signature – Click to insert a signature
- Check Spelling – Click to check spelling in message
- Add Attachment – Click to add attachment to message.
- Check Names – Click to check e-mail addresses are correctly input into the boxes.
- Importance High – Click to add high importance to a message
- Importance Low – Click to add low importance to a message.
- Options – Click to change message settings and tracking options
Using Contacts
- On the button bar, click Contacts.
- Double click on the contact you wish to send an e-mail.
- The contact page will display for that contact.
- Click Send Mail to Contact button on the Toolbar.
- A new message will appear with the contact in the To box.
- Type the subject line and message. Click Send when done.
