Options

In the Navigational Pane in the web access is the Options button. E-mail settings can be changed here.

Out of Office Assistant

The first option is the Out of Office Assistant. Select the radio button next to I'm currently out of the office and type a short reply to any messages you may receive while away. Click Save and Close when done.

Message Options

Under Message Options are several options available to change the way the messages display in the browser window. Select options from the drop down menus and checkboxes. Click the Edit Signature... button to edit an existing signature or create a new one. The Signature dialog box will appear. Edit the signature and click Save and Close when done.

Spelling Options

Selected the desired options and click Save and Close when done.

Privacy and Junk E-mail Prevention

Click the check box next to Filter Junk E-mail if desired. Under Choose how to respond to requests for read receipts: select the desired option. Click Save and Close when done.

Appearance

Selected desired option from the drop down menu and click Save and Close to refresh the changes.

Use the drop down menus to make any changes and click Save and Close when done.
