Adding Attachments

  1. Create a new message.
  2. On the Standard toolbar in the mail message, click the Attachments button (Figure 1).

  4. The Attachments – Web dialog box will appear (figure 2). Click Browse and locate the file you wish to attach and click Open.
  5. Then click the Attach button under the Add the file to list option.
  6. The attached file will display underneath the Current File Attachments box.
  7. Follow steps 3-5 to attach more than one file.
  8. Click the Close button when done. The attached files will display next the Attachments button.
