Adding a Slide Design Template
On the menu bar, go to Format > Slide Design...
The Task Pane will display on right of the screen. Under Apply a design template:, double click the desired template. All slides in the presentation will display with the template.
Tip: To make changes to the design template, open the Master Slide. (View > Master > Slide Master)
