Steps to Clear Java Cache

Sometimes it is helpful on a Windows computer to clear the Java cache before logging into Blackboard. Follow the steps below.

Click Start > Control Panel. Locate the Java option (coffee cup logo) in the control panel window. Double click the Jave icon to open the dialog box.

In the Java Control Panel select the General tab. Under Temporary Internet Files click Settings.

In the Temporary Files Settings dialog box click Delete Files. In the Delete Temporary Files dialog box click OK and then in Temporary Files Settings dialog box click OK.
