| Lake Land College - Illinois Department of Transportation QC/QA Training Program The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is increasing the number of Hot Mix Asphalt and Portland Cement Concrete Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) contracts. These contracts require that industry be responsible for sampling, testing and documenting for specification compliance (Quality Control), and IDOT be responsible for random monitoring testing (Quality Assurance). An integral part of this quality management program is the training of both industry and IDOT employees. Lake Land College, Mattoon, Illinois, will provide the necessary training courses for the Department's QC/QA Program. |
