LLC declares “Perry Hines Day” at the school (April 9, 1973): Perry Hines, LLC’s first basketball player ever to be named to the NJCAA’s All-American team, held numerous records, including the all-time scoring title (1,534 points). His “day,” a decision by president Dr. Webb, included presentation of a plaque during a ceremony at the regularly-scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees.
