Lake Land College Dental Hygiene program will be undergoing an accreditation site visit September 17th and 18th, 2013.


If an interested party would like to make any written comments/complaints pertaining to Lake Land College’s Dental Hygiene program they can do so at the above address.  The comments must pertain only to the standards for the Dental Hygiene program or to policies and procedures used in the commission’s accreditation process.  All comments/complaints must be signed.  Signatures will be removed by the Commission prior to forwarding them to the program.  There is a deadline of sixty days for receipt of third party comments in the Commission office.
