Students invited to come discover Lake Land College
What is there to discover at Lake Land College? Find out at Lake Land College’s annual Discover Day, which will be held on Friday, April 5 with registration being from 8 to 8:45 a.m. and activities running through noon. The event is for potential students who are interested in learning more about Lake Land College. Parents or guardians are welcome come along and attend the Parent Session.
Representatives from Admissions, Financial Aid, Counseling, Career Services and Student Life will provide information and answer questions. The event includes campus tours, informational sessions by current Lake Land College student leaders and presentations by faculty members.
“Discover Day is a great way for prospective students and parents to talk to faculty and staff about academic options and programs of study, to talk to current students about student life and to learn about financial aid options and opportunities,” said Lisa Shumard-Shelton, director of new student admissions.
