This tutorial will show you how to use a flash drive.
Please note: Campus lab computers will not have floppy disk drives or CDROMs. If you need to transfer files from either of these media formats to a flash drive, please go to the Center for Technology and Professional Development or the Library Resource Desk in the library. There will be computer stations at those locations with floppy disk and CD/DVD drives.
Note about password protected flash drives: Many flash drive come with software that allows you to password protect the flash drive. It is recommended not to password protect your flash drive if you plan to use on LLC campus labs. Password protected flash drives may not work with campus lab computers.
