- Lake Land College Find a Ride
Students can post interest in sharing rides through the Hub!
- Ride Mass Transit
(Charleston, Effingham, Greenup, Mattoon, Toledo) Can provide rides for free for first 30 days, then as little as $50 a month.
- Coles County Shuttle
Offers rides between Charleston & Mattoon; $5 each way.
(Charleston, Mattoon) $4 each way; need to schedule 1-4 days in advance.
- Central Illinois Public Transit
Offers transportation services throughout the Lake Land College. Semester-long eucational passes are $120, and monthly passes go for $40. Passes can be purchased at the Effingham Kluthe Center and allow for unlimited travel to and from Lake Lake College's main campus and the Kluthe Center.

- LLC Foundation Office
Offers limited emergency fund gas cards for students who are struggling with money for gas. Student must be recommended for the card by an LLC instructor or counselor. Student must complete the Emergency Student Assistance Fund Request Application at the LLC Foundation Office.
