Employee and dependents are eligible for tuition waivers in credit producing classes. This policy does not apply to required fees.
Lake Land College employees are members of the State University Retirement System

Insurance Benefits for Administrators
The College provides $40,000 term life insurance, at no cost to the employee ($50,000 for Associate Vice President(s), Vice Presidents and the President). Employees may purchase additional term life insurance on themselves and their dependents at their expense.
Medical insurance and dental insurance coverage are provided at no cost to the employee. The College and the employee share the cost of major medical and dental insurance for dependents. The College will pay the lesser of 50% or up to $830.00 on the employee’s optional dependent coverage. Two tiers of dependent coverage are available.
