- Cancellations must be made five business days prior to the start of the first day of any class to receive a full refund. This excludes Saturdays and Sundays, and Fridays during the summer.
- "NO SHOWS" or students who show up for class without the proper prerequisites will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- Lake Land College IDOT QC/QA is not responsible for making sure a student has the proper prerequisites.
- Cell phones and beepers are a constant distraction in class and will not be permitted in the classroom.
