They may also appear on social media sites. If you object to having a photograph of your child taken and/or used in this manner, please contact Community and Professional Programs at (217) 234-5219 prior to the first meeting of your child's class.

Learn how to preserve a cemetery, probe, clean, simple marker repair, resources, laws, and support groups. John Heider, professional restoration specialist, will explain cemetery care, marker preservation and restoration. Morning will be in the classroom, afternoon hands-on outdoor session. Learn how to access and utilize ship passenger lists, immigration and naturalization, American migration trails, and homestead applications. Find mental patients, prisoners, school students, teachers, free mason, and female ancestors as well as records from CCC and WPA workers, U.S. Marshals, F.B. I. and Secret Service officials, and divorces. Tips will be provided for using family Bibles, journals, and diaries. You can study handwriting, plan family reunions, make scrapbooks, and much more with this valuable information.
