They may also appear on social media sites. This course gives specific internet sources for a variety of needs. Topics include: ship passenger lists, immigration and naturalization, American Migration trails, and homestead applications. Also covers finding mental patients, prisoners, students, teachers, and female ancestors as well as records from CCC and WPA workers, U.S. Marshals, F.B.I. and Secret Service officials and more.

Searching the world for your ancestors can be a bit intimidating. Use skill learned in previous courses to do research on and off line in more than 52 countries around the world. Seeking genealogical information, participants will work, one-on-one, with the instructor.
